Meet the Founder!
My name is Marta Pickard, M.Ed. I am an award-winning, highly qualified, and certified educator. After experiencing leadership in the public school system, it was my goal to be able to help to support families in a greater way.
As the leader and founder of KBS Private School, my ability to think outside the box and embrace progressive ideas sets me apart as a leader in education. As an education doctoral student, I have a profound understanding of educational principles, teaching methodologies, and the learning process. KBS is founded on the values of FAITH, FOCUS, and COMMUNITY.
My experiences in the public school system give me the necessary knowledge to identify the root causes of problems within the education system. I possess valuable insights into curriculum development, assessment techniques, and student engagement enabling us to devise effective strategies for improvement to close gaps and see results with students FAST!
